If you are looking for a local shop, I'm not familiar with your area, but go with someone locally owned, where the owner is present. They should have an established customer base with repeat business (not saying their repairs fail multiple times, but rather the customers keep bringing multiple vehicle in or just have them serviced.)
The BBB can be a good source for info about a shop. Look for a shop that has the least negative records, or at least resolves them.
