Morning Scott, if the wind comes up over there it will be a bit nasty I would think. Going to make a big enough mess here with just and inch.

Morning Pat, I could not agree more. They had the snow plows out yesterday but it was not to plow snow but to lay sand on the highways.

It was a bit slick here yesterday and today with this little snow should be fun for those that travel.

We're also on the temperature roller coaster now. Temps the next few days will barely make it into the 20s, with single digit lows, and they're talking 50's for the weekend.

Nice small block bowtie header.......................Hahahah. Sorry had a funny streak there for a moment before you hire some one to rub me out Miles.

Custom built tuned? Looked as though every runner was the same length on the new one.

They might as well have been small block headers Orin. The ports were about 1/4" to small and the tubes were also really small. The old ones last us a long time, we just out grew them with the new heads.

They are not exactly the same length on the new ones but they are really close. They should add some hp for this year.

Miles, as I study the pic's a bit more closely I think I can see where they are smaller by the the apearance of the pipe against the header plate in relationship with the bolt holes. Is this going to cause too much drag hitting that 1\4 shelf in front of the heads going into the headers or could they be ported enough to overcome?

that is what we did on the old pair. We welded the out side of the tubes and ported out the weld on the inside where the tube attaches to the flange. It helped some but not much. The new set has a flange with bigger exhaust ports to relieve that problem.

Nice headers. Wished I had a quality set like that on my 390 GT when I had it. I bet you'll like 'em!

Wow! That last set of pic's did wonders to show them off better. I can see where the new set look like they will do well with your app. Should make that motor breath.

I will hope this push's you into the new numbers you want for your truck Mile's.
