When u paint u have to use a reducer if i remember correctly, so what u have should be more than enough. Go to a paint shop and ask. Its been a few years since i did the body shop thing but im almost sure paint is too thick to spray without reducing. I could be wrong but?

It really depends on the paint. Some paints are designed for single coat application (U-tech, delfleet, etc.), but most require 2 wet coats. Talk to the paint shop you bought it from, they will know for sure. Just FYI, I painted my truck (extended cab, long bed) with about 3/4 of a gallon of U-Tech.

painting a vehicle is not that hard, if you have the right equipment and a CLEAN place to spray in.

PREP is everything.

i find using a shop is much easier and cheaper in the long run.
