Bonding fiberglass to steel

I have a fiberglass rear lower pan to install on a 54 panel. The original was spot welded in.I have it removed and the area sand blasted.I can use some bolts on the sides but along the top it needs to be bonded to the steel.Any ideas on what to use for this.Would fiberglass resin out of a fiberglass kit work? Thanks for any help.

I doubt the resin would work to be a safe bond unless you really overlapped some sheets of fiberglass cloth on the inside. Have you tried your parts store and asked about body panel adhesive??? That might be just the ticket.

Thanks Bob I have been reading a thread about adhesives but I was thinking steel panels. I will have to check this out.
