Well I was hoping to level my truck this spring, but after a new tranny, up pipes, and some turbo work it will need to wait not enough $$$.
Since I don't know squat about wheel & tire sizes I was wondering if there is a wheel size that I can run my stock 265's on and when I level my truck I can get a bigger set of tires to fit the wheels & not rub once the level kit is installed down the road.
i'm just thinking if I run across a great deal on wheels I'll pick them up, but would like to mount them vs letting them sit in the garage.
I can't tell you a wheel size, but.....Backspacing is an important thing to remember when installing/buying/ordering new wheels. To measure backspacing use a straight edge on the frame and measure from the frame to the rotors/lugs. The guy I bought my rims from did'nt take this into consideration when purchasing his new rims and he said they rub slightly, so just something to keep in mind.
