Been thinking about it since i found some guy on the outskirts of melbourne with an 83 f100 with another cab and other stuff to boot - hope he still has it(probly not though).

I don't think the 460 was offered in the '81 on models, my factory manual only shows the 4.0L six and the 351C ( both from the Falcon) as well as the 5.0 EFI. Mine is a factory 351C and C6 with the 5 on 5.5 stud pattern. Keep an eye on ebay there's usually a few on there. I got onto mine that way, but I wouldn't buy one on a description alone. Most are rotted out in the same way as the US ones.
