I feel like such a slacker...I slept til 8 am!
I am trying to make up for it and get lots done today, so I will be around, but not always at the puter!
I need new tires for the front of my truck...the old ones were a freebie...lasted a year...
I am planning to make the alamo lake G2G for at least a day trip saturday! Hope to see you'll there!

Well, finally bought another vehicle. After over a month of driving around my buddy Jim & I finally found one.
We bought a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.9. It is in nice shape 120,000 miles. Have a few fixes but nothing to major. Felt we bought it OK, paid $3350.00 for it. I drove it back from Reno yesterday & got 19 MPG @ 67 MPH. Not bad for a hot rod. I think we will get a lot of good service out of it. We have owned a couple of Jeeps in our day, One a ****** 63 Wagoner, the other was an 80 J-10 by AMC. Both were good trucks. I only wished the J-10 would of had a Dodge 360 instead of the AMC 360. I might of never sold it with the Dodge 360.
