9" tag decode help

Son is selling a 9" out of his old truck, and the tag confuses me.
I would say 3.28 ratio, but I ain't that good.

Any guru's know??

The second row of characters is missing the 3 which will be covered by the bolt holding it to the rear end. So that is a 3.25 9 inch. Other numbers and letters are model id and build date and shift info.

3 D A is the date code, 1973, D might be the 4th month, A the first week, IIRC.
