need help water pump problems

two things ; the fan removal what do you use to hold the pulley .two do you need to do anything special to the four bolts on the pulley they look like 10mm

nothing special for tools. I would use another wrench on the other bolts to hold the fan while you break them loose.

cant seem to get a wrench on the other bolts behind the fan bolt
