Good evening New Hamster and visitors...what a beautiful day today was...and...tomorrow is supposed to be even better!!!

The last four deals I wrote died in the finance office...even if they paid cash...they would need a co-signer!!!

HMMMMMMMM...I was just talking with the NH CL as he drove home from the Bawston area. Suddenly the line went dead...no big deal...apparently either he or I hit the off button on our phones. I waited a few minutes and dialed the number...got a recording..."The number has been disconnected..."!!! 
I guess thats what happens when you don't pay the bill on time!!!

I am back from a trip to Boston and on the way back I stopped and had supper with Don..
