Truck keeps stalling
It started two weeks ago and is now doing ti more often(just twice in a 20 mile rum) When I start slowing down or sometimes as soon as a stop the truck just dies. No sputtering or jerk just switch off. Sometimes it feels as though the truck is pushing through my braking, like the tranny is still engaging or something and it will die like not pushing in a clutch, but most times everything feels normal and it dies. Idle RPMs stay constant but I can hear the engine surge under load and then return to normal.
I replaced the cam sensor 6-8 months ago could it have gone bad? I used the blue one.
What else could cause this? I hate trying to stop and turn that thing with no power assist.
