4WD issue
Ok so i had 4wd 2 days ago when we got snow, and yesterday i noticed that the 2 double vac lines were disconnected on the front hubs so i plugged them back in and now today i hear the 4wd engaged at T-case and 4WD light comes on but no go on front tires??????????

Sounds like your hubs maybe stripped out. That same prob happend to me on a 98 ranger 4wd. Everything else worked but the the front tires wouldn't turn. You could try to replace the vacuum pump and see if that works but if you have air down at those hubs then it's prob the hubs themselves. Hope this get's ya on the right track anyway.

Take the vacuum lines off both hubs and take off the connection on the solenoid. Then take some compressed air and blow out the lines. Then re-attach all lines and go for a drive and engage 4WD.
This same thing happened on my truck, except only 1 line came off at the hub and plugged up the system with all kinds of crap. Once I blew out the lines, everything was like new.
