Ford offered, as an option, a AM/FM radio in 1971/72, but very few trucks had it, and it's very hard to find.
Ford also offered as an option, a hang on (under the dash) 8 track stereo tape player. It's the same one the cars used.
When the tape player was installed, speakers were installed in the doors.
The speakers and grilles are the same ones the 1969/70 Mustangs used.
