new wheels

Hi all. been a member a while, mostly reading information, but now I have a question. I am wanting to put a different set of wheels on my 67 F250. Would like to go newer alluminum take offs, but I dont know when Ford went from the 8 lug 6.5 pattern to the 8 lug 170 mmmmetric. can you hep me. Thanks

my buddy has a set of hummer wheels on his truck and they look good

You can have inserts installed in late model wheels for your lug pattern. There is a wheel shop here that charges $135 for all 4,so shop around.

the hummer wheels fit but you have to grind the center hole a bit bigger to fit over the ford hubs...
