Trans pressure
I have a late 99 and are having a few trans problems. I was wandering what pressure i should see at idle in park and in reverse. the trans shifts great firm and crisp untile you get to 160 F on the trans gauge and then it starts acting like it starts loosing pressure the shifts are longer and not crisp. Also it went from being good one day to this the next. also the trans was built last year and i have prolly put 15,000 or so miles sense the build lots of them pulling a 12000lb trailer. I ordered a BTS Valve body yesterday and was going to put new soleniod pack. I just wainting to check the pressure befor i pull it and look at the inside . It is crazy also the TC comand at like 30mph or so goes on .off. on .off .on untile it gete to 45 or so. I used the solus snapon scanner and have no codes. There was one engine code that said there was a back pressur sensor on the exhaust.. I have a diablo preator it is on the hard shift i put it back stock and it sliped in every gear. The fluid is still clear and does not smell burned. I put a bottle of lube guard in it thinking it was a stuck valve any ideas on this or the pressur i need to look for Thanks Phil
