How many leafs does your rear pack have? Do you have a leveling kit on it? because mine sat very noticably higher in the rear before the drop job.

ground to fender measurement gives a different measurement with different size tires. there will be more rubber on between the rim and the ground, thus increasing ride height. as the tire size increases, you have more sidewall.
the hub to fender measurement will never vary unless you do suspension modifications, put weight over the axle, have a heavyer duty truck, or your springs sag.
Im sorry but I stated wrong. The rear is 19" center to fender and the front is 17" center to fender. I beams parallel to the ground and a 6 leaf pack left in the rear (removed the thick overload), unloaded. Here is a picture.
