I need some measurements.

Does anyone know the stock hub-to-fender height for a 2wd 1971 f100?

I'm trying to figure out how much drop i got from lowering my truck.

On my 71 2wd it is 17" from center of hub to lower fender lip front and rear.

i would be more interested in ground to fender, just incase you have a different size tire then the person giving you the measurements...

Justinz00-
How many leafs does your rear pack have? Do you have a leveling kit on it? because mine sat very noticably higher in the rear before the drop job.

Brady-
ground to fender measurement gives a different measurement with different size tires. there will be more rubber on between the rim and the ground, thus increasing ride height. as the tire size increases, you have more sidewall.

the hub to fender measurement will never vary unless you do suspension modifications, put weight over the axle, have a heavyer duty truck, or your springs sag.

Im sorry but I stated wrong. The rear is 19" center to fender and the front is 17" center to fender. I beams parallel to the ground and a 6 leaf pack left in the rear (removed the thick overload), unloaded. Here is a picture.
