After clutch change I tried to bleed clutch, open valve on slave cylinder, and asked my friend to depress clutch fully several times and got no fluid no air from valve. No fluid comes into MC from reservouar. So I got no clutch. I press pedal it moves freely.....
Well, I used one old way, got the hand pump for tube tires, filled it with brake fluid and pumped it in throught bleed valve on slave cylinder. got no air in reservour, but it is not clogged!!!
Well, clutch works after that... so what do you think guys!? May be MC goes bad and fluid can to com in from reservour???? MC is not so old, 4 ore 5 years only.....
seems to me the problem is that fluid does not come into cylinder.
this is a picture of my MC. I try to understand what does not let fluid fill MC. I filled it with hand pump. This is 1 minute operation, but usually there are bubbles in reservour when I push fluid from underneath, but usually I have to push with 0.3-0.5 bar pressure. Today I had to do it with 3 BAR pressure, so MC filling hole is blocked.
corroded piston can also cause slow piston return with poor vacuum draw in of clutch fluid.
requires a seal in good condition also to create the vacuum.
aluminum piston in a steel bore is prime territory for water moisture corrosion and lockup.
are you using brake fluid in your hy. clutch?
if you do have water damage in the old one, try a good grade of ISO46 hydraulic oil. far less water mixing damage
most seals that are compatible with glycol based brake fluids are compatible with ISO46
"""Most automotive professionals agree that brake fluid should be flushed, or changed, every 1-2 years.[1] Many manufacturers also require periodic fluid changes to ensure reliability and safety. Once installed, moisture diffuses into the fluid through brake hoses and rubber seals and eventually the fluid will have to be replaced when the water content becomes too high. Electronic testers and test strips are commercially available to measure moisture content. The corrosion inhibitors also degrade over time. New fluid should always be stored in a sealed container to avoid moisture intrusion."""
well, just replaced MC. piston really does not move to its upper position fully, it stops in 5 mm from lock ring and fluid can not come in from reservour. may be corrosion, may be broken spring. well, I gonna take it apart later and mey be repare to have spare MC.
