Acid dip pro or con?
I heard years ago that acid dipping parts was not recommended because the material would get into multiple layer seams and cause terminal rust problems a few years down the road. Supposedly the neutralizer they used did not prevent this problem.
Is this still the case or has technology improved? I ma looking at doing an entire truck body.

From what I have read on other web sites, I believe the acid seeping into closed cavities and inaccessible areas is still very much an issue.
