Initial Performance Mod HELP

Ok. Yes I'm in big trouble, looking forward to it.
Its a 2002 Excursion 7.3 with 68k miles. Stock, no mods.
Color= mineral gray metallic, tan interior
I am planning a 3.5 or 4 inch lift and new tires and rims.
And MAJOR engine mods.
