When ever i hit a bump it sounds like the bed of my truck is jumping up. and makes a loud bang noise. I've took out the spare tire, checked the tool box but it still bangs around. Should i go around and find all the bed bolts and tighten them down?

I would not assume it is the bed. Unless you have had the bed off, the bolts tend to rust in place real good. I would try prying and pushing on things like the rear tranny mount, exhaust, and maybe tailgate.
