Takes a while to get used to typing on it, if you have fat fingers like I do. The click screen offers a much more satisfying experience than say, the iPhone's touch screen.
The browser is good, but the very latest versions of flash aren't compatable. This is could fixed with an update later on.
The battery life is less than stellar, but when you use it you begin to understand why. Considering how it works and the things it's capable of, it lasts longer than you'd think. Watching video from the internal SD card or web browsing, it's good for 2 full days of texting, and 3-4 hours of multimedia combined.
Call quality is excellent, especially so with the included wired headset.
It's not without problems. Every so often the aspect on the screen will screw up and you'll have to pull the battery. Overall, it hasn't been that much of a hassle considering how much I enjoy using the phone.

Reason: Clarification
I'm glad to read good reviews on it. How much do they run? I am thinking of getting one for my fiance for her bday, then taking her Blackberry pearl for myself.
My buddy has one and he loves it, hasn't had a problem with it since he got it (right around the time it came out). I have a Samsung Instinct, whatever you do don't buy one of those. They market it pretty good but it doesn't live up to expectations.
