Factory 07 Navigation Problem

<!-- google_ad_section_start -->Since I removed my factory Navigation radio to replace my temp blend door, twice when turning the truck on the Sirius touch buttons and display were blank. I could still change channel and hear the music fine. Everything works OK also on all other modes. Turn the radio on and off and the buttons and text appear.
Anyone have this problem before? What should I do?
Is there a way to do a full reset of the radio? I noticed this radio keeps time and presets even after being removed from the truck.
