Hi Dave - Welcome to FTE.
I believe most any Custom Auto Glass shop should be able to get you what you need. We ordered the glass for our '41 from a custom glass place we found at one of the Rod shows. Our's isn't custom, but I do recall seeing brochures for chops and all. You may want look around your area for a Rod show. If I can find the receipt at home, I'll e-mail you with the company.

From what I've read on top chops, many like to lay the windshield back to achieve a more uniform look and use the OEM winshield . If it need to be modified a bit, your local glass shop can trim the windscreen for a fee since it isn't temperd glass but rather laminated annealed glass.
