Fan clutch replacement
I'm pulling a slide in and a huge horse trailer with my 94 F350 and need one that will move some air. I'm actually surprised it never overheated on the last owner. That's some radiator in there! I've barely had it a week now and replaced the thermostat because it was stuck wide open. Today I was troubleshooting the non working air conditioner since it's 80 degrees outside and found it's just a worn out fan clutch making it blow out.
It was out of 134 so I vacuumed it, changed the orifice tube out charged it and was looking at my gauges. Both pressures kept getting higher and higher till the relief valve almost blew. I turned it off and tried again but this time with a water hose spraying on the condenser since the fan sounded pretty weak and was barely turning. That was it. The running water had the pressures down perfect. Now I need to spend some money on it I guess. Anyone know a good brand of clutch to get and where?
Some members have also purchased new clutches off of E-Bay without problems.

I have a very simular problem that I am just trying to wrap my mind around a solution.
2004 6.0 PSD F350 with 107k miles.
Replaced, AC compressor and Aclumilator. AC blows cold. BUT.......
Pressures build when truck is at Idle. Water on the front AC radiator and all is normal. Fan clutch is turnning slowly at idle and can easily be stopped with a broom. The end with the bristles.
My question is ....What type of Fan clutch is on my truck and how does it work ? Is it electronic, viscus or belt driven ?
And why, when I look up the replacenment part on different web sites do I get prices from $49 to $377 ?
