I have heard of another trick. Some guys use the high low beam switch from the older cars. You know the ones, mounted on the floor.
I have a lighted push button switch that I used mounted on the left side, below the emergency brake pedal. I can easily switch on the extra lights using the side of the left foot. Works great while driving and no need to reach around for switches in the dark, and almost always on a corner while trying to turn off high beam. LOL

Thanks for the complements!

I drove around last night with only the two outside lights on, no one flashed me, tonight I'll get them all lit up and see what happens.

But just remember that Driving lights are considered accents to your highbeams and supposed to be used only when you use your highbeams. Even though no one flashed you, they were probably cussing you out.
That's why mine are hooked up with the highbeam switch, so they turn off when traffic is around.

Foglights have a flat beam pattern and can be used in traffic without blinding other drivers.

Easy test:
Park truck on flat surface. Turn on driving lights. Turn on headlights on low beam. Walk about 100 ft down the road. Squat down and stare into the lights.

Kinda blinding, huh?

Driving lights are meant to be used only when there is no oncoming traffic for at least a couple miles. Even if they are pointed relatively downward, the filaments are not shielded and still shine intense amounts of light and blind oncoming traffic. Wiring off of high beams is a great idea.
After all, whether you care about their comfort or not, oncoming drivers that can't see where they are going are about 1000X more likely to drift into your lane and kill you..... or your passengers.
