tire question

I have a set of 16x10 wheels. currently I am running a set of 35 12.50 16's. I want to down size the tires and was thinking of going to a 285 75r 16. will I have any problems with these tires fitting my rim? what will the total hight of the tire be?

It'll be 32.8" tall and it will be around 11" wide so I don't see why a 10" rim won't work.
