I was wondering if anyone came across a particular brand of rotors and pads that seemed to improve their stopping power without breaking the bank? Thanks Greg

I tow heavy and I'm happy with the Power stop rotors and pads. they runaround $200 for rotors and pads (front) vs $425-$450 for front frozen rotors and Hawk Pads. Do they last as long? No, you might get an additional 15% of life out the frozen rotors but you're paying over twice as much. Are they better than OEM? miles better. Do the frozen rotors/Hawks stop better? Unless toy go the SS brake line route no so that you'll notice
I had frozen rotors and hawk pads on my 2013 F350 drw. They helped a lot with the stopping power. Seemed to be able to take the heat better with no fading.
I've been running stock brake hardware for the entire time I've been driving except for when I was driving Fiats, I've never had any issues with lack of control, power or fading in over 40 years of driving. I' check my pads on a regular basis and when they start to get low I just get OEM loaded calipers and new hardware and new stock rotors.
I tried several different styles and types of rotors, pads, and calipers and really couldn't tell much of a difference myself so I stick with what I know.
What it comes down to is you must be happy with what you got and how it performs.
As long as I have good control and can keep from locking up unless I really want to I'm good.
