Need some help/advise rough start

Hey all you guru's I need some help/advise. A few days ago my 05 started acting wierd on startup. It only happens if the truck sits over night or for 8 hrs or so while I am at work. When I start the truck it acts like it is not getting fuel. It will start and kind of stumble/miss for a minute and then runs fine. Honestly it acts just like it did the one time I accidentally ran it out of fuel. Any one have any ideas? I have already changed both of the fuel filters, no help. I am not seeing any codes on my SCT X3. I run PS Grey bottle each fill up. I live in Dallas so no issues with fuel gelling or anything. I should mention that a while back someone tried to steal the truck, so I put in a kill switch to the fuel pump. Wouldn't think that would cause the issue as when I deactivate the switch I hear the pump come on and I don't try to start until after it goes off. Going to call a couple of dealers and see what they say.

Have some one check your fuel pressure. some 05's are prone to fuel pump cases rusting and messing up the fuel pressure regulator pintal seals. fuel pressure should be around 55psi
