Fan hitting shroud

Fan hitting shroud

This morning I started my truck and my fan is hitting my shroud, last night it didnt do this. What could of caused this?

can you move the fan shroud? See which side the fan is hitting it, also check the fan blade itself for being loose on the clutch, 6 bolts holding it there.

Check the front body mounts for the rad support while you're at it.

Also check for play in both the fan clutch and water pump shaft.
Either of those can cost you a new radiator, 400+ dollars.
