Should I be concerned?
I brought my dads 1999 F150 into the dealer today to have the transmission fluid changed. I was sold the "transmission" service for $200. Now for some reason, I wasnt all on my game today, because I completely forgot to ask them if that service included a pan drop, cleaning, and filter change...Does anyone know if for $200 that is what they did, or did they just blast some new fluid through the lines, replacing the old? If that is the service I did get, should I demand that they drop the pan and replace the filter?

How many quarts of fluid did they charge you for?
Figure a fluid exchange probably pays an hour at ~$100/hr, ~$5/qt for Motorcraft Mercon V ATF, ~$35 for a trans filter and whatever the shop rate is for a pan drop and filter change.
Personally, I like to do the pan drop and filter change myself then have a shop do a fluid exchange. After that you have a clean trans filter with no old fluid in the cooler, radiator, TC, or anything.

Not sure where your located, or what the shop rate is in your area, but around here in sw Va, the Dealer charges $150 for a pan drop, filter replacement, machine solvent flush & fluid pump out & about $100 for just the machine solvent flush & fluid pump out, without the pan drop & filter change.
Anyway give em a call & see whats included at that price. Around here, unless we ask & pay for a pan drop & filter change, it isn't done.
It's too late now for you to do now, maybe next time, but it's really easy to do this service at home ourselves, if we like turning wrenches & don't mind a little tranny fluid on our hands.
You should be able to do a filter change & full tranny fluid pump out at home, for at least half their price.
Here is how I do it on my 99 Rangers 5R55E & the 94 Taurus AXODE trannies, yours will likely be similar, maybe slightly different locations for the auxiliary cooler hose locations, pump volume with time & pan capacity, but otherwise it's the same overall idea.
