360 to 460
I'm taking a 360 out of a 78 F250 4x4 and putting a 460 in it instead. My question is in this process i'm also converting the truck to a manual tranny. Will the linkage for the clutch for the 360 bolt up on the 460. Or do i need to find other another parts donor.

your clutch linkage will work, you need a bellhousing from a 460 or a 351m/400 though.
on second thought there is one difference, the bracket for the z bar on the engine side is different. 360 bolt to the block and 460 bolt to the bellhousing. everything else will work( z- bar, adjuster, clutch rod). try to get the clutch fork with the 460 bellhousing, can't remember if they are different or not.
