NOS=New Old Stock
Parts that have never been used that have probably been laying around a dealership or distribution centre just waiting for someone to order them.
ie:C8AZ-12127-A Distributor found at Century City Ford
*Original* Equipment> NOT a *remanufactured* product that fits a vehicle. The original part as opposed to a up-grade or other replacement.
ie: Autolite Battery as opposed to a Motorcraft Battery

OEM > Original Equipment manufacturer.
This just means the company that manufactures the part for the
Manufacturer of the vehicle.
ie: Tire Companies,What ever Ford used on their vehicles
that Ford didn't make themselves.
