No Dash Lights
. . .I am having a similar problem, my headlights (including hi-beams), blinkers, and turn signal indicators all work but I don't have any guage illumination, no hi-beam indicator, no seatbelt or brake warning light and no wiper illumination either!
I also have good fuses, my printed circuit on the back of the instrument panel is good, I replaced all the bulbs and fuses and cleaned the circuit board with contact cleaner and still no dice. . .I think it's the headlight switch on mine. . .and I have heard that it is a good idea to upgrade to the HD switch anyway so that is my plan. . .I know why I don't have a seatbelt warning light and that's because it's unplugged at the seatbelt and the connection has been buried under carpet by the previous owner. . .
There is also one other thread besides yours and mine on dash lights that is active right now. . .so look for it on the first page or two of this forum

I got my lights to work by cleaning the printed circuit contacts with electrical contact cleaner and fine steel wool. . .I also cleaned the bulb holders and gauge nuts on the back of the dash panel with electrical contact cleaner and a wire brush. . .and I cleaned the turn signal switch while I was at it and I got rid of the annoying tendency of the right turn signal indicator to stay lit once the turn signal was canceled!!!
Your headlight/wiper bulb should illuminate when you turn on the headlights. . .
I also posted my results of testing the dash plug so you can see if yours match mine. . .I'm definitely gonna remove the blue lens covers and upgrade to LED's though. . .the lights are not very bright that is for sure!!!
