HMM. MEEE TOOO. I bought a set of grill inserts. Ill be calling him tomorrow. Good thing I saved the US POST OFFICE money order. I will be filling a complaint and calling the cops in the town I sent it to. Nothing like committing mail fraud!
Or if you get on here and make it right Nick, ill apologize and not file a complaint or call the cops in your town.
I paid for mine in Dec and he said there was alot of snow to get out. Then Jan he said his dad had passed away. I thena email saying he sent parts out on Jan 26 and ever since he has been avoiding ny emails and want answer his phone.

He said my parts were shipped on the 29th of January. He also said he lived in the country and it was hard to get into town.
I just tried him from my work, no answer. If he can post on the 14th, he can reply to PM's. Transactions for parts do not end until both parties are satisfied with the transaction.
Nick, if you read this, man up, do the right thing. Which is send the parts you said you would send in the condition you advertised them to be. OR send us our money back. If you had a death in the family, atleast tell the people you owe parts to that you have family business to take care of. Dont hide and expect the situation to blow over.
Trust me, there are ways to find you and get parts or money. Please do not be surprised if the cops come knocking and the post master comes knocking.
I called yesterday and he answered and when i said who i was he hung up. I called right back and it went into voice mail. I've called several times and left PM's with no answers and i know he's read them because i had reciept that said he read those messages. He needs to send monies back or make good on the parts we purchased.
Well, he just picked up the phone, but hung up on me once I said who I was. I called back and it went straigh to his voice mail, so I left a not so nice message.
Then I texted him: the cops will be involved tomorrow. please man up and send the grill inserts you sold to me or send me the money back. thats all i want. do whats right.
HE REPLIED: Sorry man, i was emailing you, my phones screwed up, tomorrow im sending you another set. Fedx screwed up and lost two of my orders so im gonna send you another pair, and ill email you the tracking info, so you can see it on the way. itll be sent ups, i wast trying to screw you over, so you should have them in a week.
I replied: ill give you the benefit of the doubt. if I dont have grill inserts by 01 mar 09 I will get the cops involved and file a fraud case with the post office. What are your plans for the other guy SportCustomWalt? you owe him parts too. I really wish you had told us before now about parts getting lost.
I am posting this for SportCustomWalt to see, as well as to let anyone else know what he has said he will do to correct the problem.
Ask him to send you the Fed-Ex tracking numbers...for the original orders. EVERY package has one.
If he says he lost them, whatever Fed-Ex shipping point he used will have copies.
When you ship by Fed-Ex, UPS, whatever...you get a receipt that has the tracking number and the day the package is supposed to arrive printed on the recept.
I've shipped car parts and firearms for decades by Fed-Ex, not one package has ever been lost.
When I ship stuff, I send the tracking numbers to the addressee the same day they are shipped.
That way the package can be tracked....by both of us.
Well, I spent part of today texting this kid. seems as if he is more able to text then to talk on the phone. But his phone is messed up? OK.
I will see if he has the tracking numbers, and if not, what location he supposedly shipped from.
I was half expecting to see him post here. I told him to check FTE, and he said: ya Im probably getting killed on there. Well, no posts yet. Really leads me to doubt even more. I will be shocked if the parts show up and if they will be in half the shape of the ones he originally sold to me, which by his discription were perfect. Time will tell.
So, is there anyone else who has made a deal with Nick, and not received parts, or someone who has delt with this kid and actually received something? What kind of shape was it in?
ok guys, i undersatnd this looks bad, but i've got crap getting figured out, i spent my money and got a diff set of centers for 72-f100-4v and i sent them, and now im waiting for fed x to send out the check ( always be smart and do that lil insured value on the items you send) and im also looking for a whole set for walt, which is hard but i'd rather get the parts out.72-f100-4v should be getting his grill centers tomorrow. so im only trying to save my *** here from being named a con, when im not, i just have the worlds worst luck, and yes my phone is messed up cause it got dropped in water and i dont have money to get a new one cause im spending all my money trying to find these damn parts
Yes! I did receive the grill inserts yesterday! Thank you Nick for coming through. So here is my apology for blasting you here. I can appreciate the effort you put into making this right and I commend you for going the extra mile, with the packaging and the tracking of the package!
Everything came out right on my end, and I am pleased with this transaction.
