Trying to determine engine for stroker

The back of the block does not have the A or C. There is a number inside the freeze plug on the right hand side of the block but it looks like "352" not "428" Inside the left freeze plug there is nothing.
If I have a 390 bored this big is it any good or is it past it's limits already?
