no one knows for sure yet. most people are saying that they are going to stay the same for the most part....maybe a little more power but not much.they will probably stop making them in 03 and probaly going to wait untill the new style f150s are out for a few years before they start making any changes. thats what i think at least

Stop making the lightning after 2003? That would be stupid considoring they are becoming even more popular, and the demand for them is going up. Has anyone heard anything on what Ford is planning for the '03 L's? I think they might add another color like they did for 2002 with the true blue. I've got a feeling that they may add yellow to the choices of paint for '03. Hopefully they add some more power, but chances are they won't do too much. They can't make any huge changes in performance without the price of the trucks sky rocketing.
