putco trim problems
Well at the end of last summer i got the Putco trim for my mirrors and door handles. and now only a few months later they are pitted and and lost most of their shine and just look in really bad shape.
So i try geting a hold of Putco with no answer yet, just wondering if anyone else has any problems with their trim
what strikes me is that i have friends with Putco trim on their trucks and after 3 years it looks like new

I've had them on my door handles since 04. Just recently, the chrome plating is starting to peel off. Not bad for cheap plastic. Maybe they've change their quality in the past couple of years and things have gotten cheaper. See what their warranty is and maybe they will replace them. I'm saving up for a set of Harley handles so I can get rid of the plastic.
