Don't know what that frown is about, I didn't put it there! I like the Reflexes just fine.

25,000 and mine are still okay

how many of y'all have the FX4 model and have changed them? I have almost 0 body roll in corners...and to be honest, it rides like a truck. Don't expect anything else really.

I do the bounce test occasionally. Shocks stop after the 1st bounce, so thier working fine still.

I'm probably gonna go the route of dfishrmn88 when I eventually have to replace them. I've had Rancho shocks before and they didn't impress me...and the price of Bilsteins is prohibitive. I'll just get a good set of Monroe's and call it good.

On both my 2000 - sold at 179,000 miles, and my 2005 - currently at 160,000 miles - I have used Monroe Reflex.
They are better than the price would lead you to believe. Very good ride.
And, they come with full lifetime replacement.

Whenever they wear out, I take the old ones back to the local parts place and they give me new ones.

Works for me!

My passenger side front blew out at around 44,000 miles so I replaced them with Bilstein. Very good shocks and way better ride over the stock unites!! I didnt do a bunch of hard running with it either so I was kind of mad they were already gone at that point. Just junk from the start if you ask me so I would rather pay the money up front to have good shocks. Its also a pain to change the fronts on these trucks due to the coil over.

Its funny you say that svt2205 because I said the same thing not even reading your post. Bilstein is a very high end shock and you get what you pay for. I look for bumps to hit just because its so much different and smooth when you hit them. LOL
