hey guys/gals...
i had a superchips micro max tuner for my 04 f150, which i sold. i just bought an 03 excursion..which i love...but i couldnt use the programmer. i called superchips and they are currently, dont know if they do this all the time, this is what the guy said. they will give you $200 toward a new flashpack if you pay to ship it back. i returned mine...$7.75 shipping..and for $179.95 i got a new flashpack for a 99-08 ford. i thought i would throw this out to everyone...there are probably a lot of people like me...changing vehicles often and "souping" them up. good luck
Superchips is owned by a telecomm company along with MSD, Racepack and one other company I can't think of right now. At first I didn't like their setup with the MVP and sales restrictions, but I think it's working pretty good for them. Of Course, there are a lot of people putting the canned tunes down because of all of the Semi-Custom tuners around today. However I can't fault them at all for the way they take care of their dealers or customers.
