Unhappy help puking under load

i need some help guys my 03 has puked coolant when i pull for the last 3 years when it was still under warranty i had it in 7 times to try and figure it out at 5 different dealers now that it is off warranty (302000km) my dealer told me there is combustion gasses in the degas bottle they say hg or a cracked head when i picked it up they told me they had no trouble making it puke without a load when i got home i looked at the degas bottle and they had it filled right to the lid full the tech told me they topped it up then road tested it like that but now that i see how full they filled it of course its gonna puke if you work it i drained it down to the min mark hooked up my camper and went for a 2 hour drive without puking is that how they road test these things im having a hard time believing them now that i saw that . any info would be greatly appreciated i cant justify pulling the cab without 100% proof that it needs to be done thanks in advance this is an awesome site

so there is an easyer way to test for combustion gases in the coolent bottle. if you can pick up a combustion gas detector. i bought one from snap on and it works pretty good. dont get a little crappy one. try and not short your self on this tool. the cheaper ones dont work as well. you suspend the detector in the bottle without touching the coolent and it should give you a reading. its not a ford approved diagnosis method but it works for me pretty well and with a little verification for piece of mind i trust it more and more. but i still double check. id pick one up and give it a test to be sure. you should be able to hear the degas bottle cap buzzing/squeeking at you from inside the cab under load or hard acceleration on the freeway. good luck! -Ford Tech
