Looking for some nerf bars

I want some nerf bars for my truck. It's a 95 supercab. I would like good ones, stainless, that are not going to rust, and will look good forever. I'd like them to have the black tread too, i've seen some that have no treads at all to step on. I looked around and couldn't find anything good. I'm also considering a light bar for the front grill, stainless too. I want something to put lights on. If any of you have a quality product, or know one, i'd like some imput. I just ordered some side rails for my truck (the pipe looking things that go in the stake pocket) for 260 bucks from putco.com, all stainless with these little pop-up hooks for tie downs. Great product. Thanks for any imput.

Primary rig is Green Thunder:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust, Sunroof, Clear corners w/ Diamond headlights, CD player with 2 10" subs and some 32" BFG Muds .

Check out my Gallery for a look-see.

Then theres:
99' Mustang GT 4.6L
88' F-250 Heavyduty 4x4 351/c6
95' Mercury Cougar 4.6L V-8
80' E-350 300/6 with a
3 spd column shifter. Weighs around 7,000lbs w. 65mph top speed, who wants to race me!

Looking for some nerf bars

I have the MAAP (Mid America Automotive Products) stainless nerf bars. They are polished stainless steel and look like chrome and has the black step pads. Westin makes a chromed stainless set. But, I would be afraid of having the chrome peel after years of use. Just my own way of thinking. I like the MAAP bars alot. They, like many others, are a no-drill mount. They cost about $360 verses Westin $399. And, in my case, less cost always means more accessories.

Just my $.02

Looking for some nerf bars

I have the ICI nerf bars. They are polished stainless with black steps. No drill mounting. The dealer had them installed before I bought the truck and charged me $335. My wife is 4'12" tall and is glad I have them.
