L/100km

Yesterday, the dealer delivered our "pre-owned" 2006 Escape Hybrid. I let the wife drive it first and she was playing around with it while I picked up some Chinese food. For some reason, the Navigation display no longer displays MPG, and displays fuel consumption in L/100KM instead. It is too close to Valentines day to blame my wife for this, but if anyone knows how to change the display so that it reads MPG again, please let me know. I have already made sure that the Metric/English setting is set correctly, but it still does not work.

We both love this vehicle!

That should be in the owner's manual. On the '09 Escape there are three buttons to the left of the steering wheel, center SETUP button, keep pressing till Metric/English comes up then press the third button(RESET). That will toggle it to English. After that, press the INFO button to return to the Odometer, MPG, Trip, etc. screen.

Yours might be different.
