What's crazy is that I swear I've seen him out there during the week at 12 or 2 waving his sign, trying to attract business.

Well the Old World Pizza Kitchen is on a summer hiatus as they try to figure out what to do with the place. Business was s-l-o-w (I think bad location), so they are not open right now.
