210K Cat or Not

My 93 F150 has about 210,000 miles with the two factory cats. I need muffler and everything back, would you replace the cats at the same time?

Last time I did intermediate pipe/muffler back it ran about $180 in Ohio, has anyone gotten this plus the cats (looking for a $ estimation).

FWIW, my old '89 F250 had close to 500k on it (OK , 445k) before I parted it out. Never needed a cat. O2 sensors, yes, but never a cat. It passed CT emissions faithfully every year, too. I wouldn't waste the money on a converter unless you really need to. Just my 2 cents.
