Doors 73-79 will fit. Just put a 78 on my 76 over the weekend. Is there a reason your not just changing the mirrors? And as a few people have stated before if you change your drivers door remember to put your original vin plate back on.

all 73-79 ford truck doors will interchange, and are you changing doors so there is no new bolt holes? and make sure to get your original door vin plate! the previous owner to my truck failed to do that, now i have no vin plate!!!!!
