Got my new F-250 Chrome Grill for my X. I removed the 4 screws on the top of factory grill, and there are obviously some clips holding the bottom on...but I can't get them to budge...
How to I get the bottom loose without screwing up something?
Ohh, I don't sell them. They're on eBaY and cost 3 times as much as you paid for yours.
I simply like the 2005 style better myself. It's kinda like an ice cream discussion. You might like Chocolate, I might prefer Neapolitan.
Hey... I have been trying to install this one on and off today. Can't get it to fit at the screw locations on top... I can alter two pins on it to push it tighter on, but may have to force the top center down to meet the existing holes in the truck and I am concerned it will crack. Its plastic like the factory... though the factory one slides on like butter. I have been going back and forth with the seller to remedy this... send me another one, or refund my money. Its built in China, so what's that tell you?

Reason: typo
I took the busted up grill out of my Ex, and let me tell you..... it was a BOOGER of a job getting those clips to let go. Once you get the first one, the others are indeed easier.

I got it out... used the screwdriver to open the clips.

I figured you were going to have a problem with it. All those cheap aftermarket grilles are like that, poor fit. If you paid by PayPal you're protected pretty well. Just file a claim and PayPal will direct you to send it back, and to send it back in a manner in which they can't deny getting it.

I can probably make it fit... with some alterations. Waiting for the seller to respond to me... to see if he wants to send another one, or give me the go ahead to start cutting on it.
