Still havent figured it out.
Checked my UVCH with no luck, everything tested well.
Checked power to my fuel pump, that worked out OK.
Checked all of the connections to the fuel pump, as far as I can tell all is well.
Turbo looks good, no play in it.
Im at a loss...
Kwik, you mentioned that there is a fuel relay under the dash. Can you elaborate?
I checked my manual and it shows the interior lamp relay, horn relay, power window delay, and accessory delay in the cab.
All others under the hood.
Is there something else I should be looking for?
How would I test a relay, or would I just have to replace the fuel relay?

Thanks again for yall's help.

Do you have AE or access to AE? It could be a number of things, but if it is a sensor problem this could find it. For example, if the speed sensor glitches (like it sends a false speed signal higher than you are actually going) it might happen to fast for you to see it on the speedo. AE has the record feature and you may catch it during driving.

It happens all the time on the equipment I work on from loose cconnections at speed sensors.

When you turn on the ignition and wait for the obligitory 20-30 seconds for the fuel pump to shut off, you will hear a relay clicking off behind the dash. I think it's location is somewhere near the radio, directly behind the instrument panel or thereabouts.
Unfortunately that is all the useful knowledge that I can offer you, I have never been behind the dashboard on my truck or any others.

Thank you both for your help. i will see if I can locate the relay near the stereo. Hopefully thats the issue.
I do not have access to AE, but will see if I can find someone in the San Antonio area that might be willing to let me run it in my truck for a few minutes.
