Hey guys newbie here! I just purchased an 05 F250 with the 6.0l diesel. It is a CC 4x4 with 69000 miles on the ticker. I haev had the truck for only 2 weeks. Since I have had it I have notived a vibration that travels through my exhaust system. I replaced the exhaust hangers because I noticed they were sagging a bit and still the vibration is there. When I put some pressure on the exhaust hangers, it goes away but when I release the pressure it comes right back. It is really noticeable in the cab. I have also noticed that the turbo vibrates alot as well.
The sound, sounds like the exhaust is hitting something but when I look underneath the truck its not touching anything. I searched it here on the site and tried loosening the clamp on the turbo to mybe move the down pipe. I no luck moving the DP as it feels like it is welded to the turbo. Very frustrated as this noise is very annoying. The truck is still in stock trim.
Any suggestions? Thank you
