Fuel Tank
I have a F250 XLT Job#1 with 1,500 miles it came with a 30 gal fuel tank and I have not been able to put more than 23 gals in it. I have ran it all the way down tell it had 20 miles tell empty? Anybody had the same problem?

Do a search for " Harpoon mod" .
This will show you how to modify the vent tube in the tank so it will fill all the way up.

If you are new to diesel, it foams like crazy while filling up. Every time I fill up and the handle clicks, I can put 4 more gallons in. It takes about 5 minutes but it is worth it for 4 more gallons. Just watch the diesel go in the "neck" and you will see what I'm talking about.

If you do the Harpoon mod to your truck it will fill to within 1 gallon of being full before it clicks off
Much better than taking an extra 5 minutes at the pump every time!
