I'll just tell you what most of the people in different forums I have seen seem to prefer.
Computer chip - check the Computer Chips forum on these. FTE Motorhaven store has about the best price you can get on the Diablo and Superchip products. I think they might even match, but I'm not positive on that.
Intake - heard good things about Tymar, I think if you try Tymarperformance.com, the site is still under construction but I think that there is an e-mail link for more info. I think there is something on these if you look through the lubrication forum threads on air filters.
Exhaust - Super Duty guys are VERY partial to the Flowmaster 40's
Wheels - can't help you there. Might check out the 4x4/Offroad forum for that.
